I did my residency from Lerdsin Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.I have been serving in one of the remote hospital in my country for almost 2 years.I am very passionate in doing trauma surgeries and actively involved in community works also.
What made you join IODA?
It’s an opportunity to develop an interactive network with other surgeons around the world.I believe learning via sharing experiences and latest updates in our orthopedic field.
How have you approached DEI in your workplace?
Educate oneself and others: Learn about DEI and its importance. Encourage our colleagues and employees to do the same. We organize workshops or training sessions to educate everyone on the importance of DEI and how to promote it.
How do you define inclusion?
Foster a workplace culture that values and respects diversity. Encourage open communication and dialogue among employees. Address and challenge any biases or discriminatory behavior.
What is your proudest achievement?
Able to uplift the expectations of my patients.
